2cPawpaw, diced.
1tbLemon juice
1cPrawns, [or crabmeat], shelled and chopped.
  Salt
  Pepper
  Lettuce leaves
  Parsley

Pour lemon juice over diced pawpaw, then mix in the shelled and chopped prawns, or crabmeat.

Season with salt and pepper, and serve in lettuce cups, garnish with parsley.
